Robert G. Connochie

ROBERT G. CONNOCHIE is President of Asia Pacific Resources, Ltd. Mr.
Connochie has over 25 years of experience in the international mining
industry. Prior to joining Asia Pacific his positions included: Chairman
and President of Potash Company of America; Vice President of Corporate
Development of Rio Algom Limited; and Director of several industry
associations. He has participated in the development of several major
projects. Currently he serves on a number of corporate Boards and
provides advisory services to other companies.
