Robert F. Tannenhauser

ROBERT F. TANNENHAUSER is the President, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of BLC Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Tannenhauser has been
directly involved in managing the company since May 1994. He was a
practicing attorney with over 20 years of experience in commercial
transactions before assuming his position with the company. Prior to
1994, Mr. Tannenhauser was a partner of the law firm Rosenfeld,
Fischbein, Bernstein & Tannenhauser. Mr. Tannenhauser has been or is the
Managing Partner of several corporations or partnerships engaged in the
oil and gas or real estate businesses. Mr. Tannenhauser received his BA
from Syracuse University, his JD from Brooklyn Law School, and an LLM
(Taxation) from the NYU School of Law. In addition, Mr. Tannenhauser has
served as Director of the Children’s Health Fund in excess of 10 years.
