Robert E. Kafafian

ROBERT E. KAFAFIAN is President of Consulting Services and Managing
Director of Investment Banking at Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets.
He received his BA in Business/Economics from Moravian College and his
MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Over the past twenty
years, he has consulted with and advised over 300 financial institutions
in all fifty states. Mr. Kafafian is a frequent speaker on a variety of
banking subjects and a faculty member of five banking schools. He is an
active board member of numerous organizations, and immediate past
President of the Board of Directors of the Association for Management
Information in Financial Services. Mr. Kafafian recently completed a
book titled, Keys to Community Bank Success/Utilizing Management
Information to Make Informed Decisions.
