Robert Dykes

ROBERT DYKES has served as President, Systems Group and Chief Financial
Officer for Flextronics since February 1997. In addition, he served as a
Director of the Company from January 1994 until February 1997. Prior to
joining Flextronics, Mr. Dykes was Executive Vice President, Worldwide
Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Symantec Corporation, an
application and system software products company, from 1988 to February
1997. He also worked in various management positions at Ford Motor
Company in Asia and America, most recently controlling marketing for the
U.S. Automotive Divisions. Mr. Dykes received a Bachelor of Commerce
and Administration degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New
Zealand. Mr. Dykes is on the board of directors of Symantec Corporation.
