Robert C. Toups

ROBERT C. TOUPS was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of ATC
Associates, Inc., in July 2002. He joined ATC in 1977 as Vice President
and Director of Petroleum Services. He was promoted to South Central
Regional Vice President in 2000 and became Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer in the spring of 2001. He has played an
instrumental role in the reorganization of the company and the
implementation of recent operational improvements. He has over 20 years’
experience in the petroleum and environmental service fields, including
positions with Fluor Daniel GTI and Groundwater Technology, Inc. Mr.
Toups earned a BS in Business from the University of Southwestern
Louisiana.
