Robert C. Simpson

ROBERT C. SIMPSON serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive
Officer, President and Treasurer of Home-Stake Oil & Gas Co. Mr. Simpson
joined the company in 1976, was elected Vice President in 1977, and
served as Executive Vice President from 1980 until his election as
President in 1984. He became Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of
the company on January 1, 1990 and Chairman of the Board in 1992. He has
served as a Director of the company since 1975. Mr. Simpson received a
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University in
1965 and is a Professional Engineer in the states of Georgia and
Oklahoma.
