Robert T. F. Reid

ROBERT T.F. (BOB) REID is President and Chief Executive Officer of Union
Gas Limited. He was President, Westcoast Energy International, Inc.;
President and Chief Executive Officer, Pan-Alberta Gas Ltd.; President,
Foothills Pipe Lines Ltd.; Vice President, Corporate Development and
Planning, Sceptre Resources Limited; Executive Director, Independent
Petroleum Association of Canada (IPAC); various positions with the
Government of Saskatchewan, including Deputy Minister of Energy and
Mines (1983-1987) and various teaching education administrative postings
in Saskatchewan. Mr. Reid is married with two children. Among his
affiliations he includes: Director, Union Gas Limited; Director,
Canadian Gas Association; Chairman, Ontario Natural Gas Association;
Director, Cameco Corporation; Director, Shanghai Wei-Gang Energy Co.
