Robert B. McKnight

ROBERT B. MCKNIGHT is Founder of Quiksilver, Inc., acting as Director
and President of Quiksilver since 1978. He is currently Chief Executive
Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. McKnight is a member of the Board
of Directors of NaPali (Quiksilver Europe); member of the Board of
directors of Pavilion Productions (Quiksilver International). Mr.
McKnight graduated from San Marino High School in 1971. He has a BS in
Business Administration, Marketing and Management from the University of
Southern California.
