RICK SCHMIDT is Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of Circa Enterprises Inc. and is also a member of the
Board of Directors. He joined Circa in 1998. Mr. Schmidt holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta and is a
member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and
the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
