Rick J. Hoffman

RICK J. HOFFMAN is the CEO of Seaboard Farms, Inc. and Vice President of
Seaboard Corporation. He began with the corporation in 1983 as
International Controller; subsequently, was promoted to President of
Seaboard Overseas Ltd., 1985-1987; Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the
entire firm, 1987-1989. In 1989, Mr. Hoffman became Vice President and
in 1995, CEO. His 22-year career started at Peat Marwick Mitchell and
Company as a Manager. Mr. Hoffman graduated from Kansas State University
Summa Cum Laude in 1977 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
