Rick Hennessey

RICK HENNESSEY has over eleven years in the wireless industry and is CEO
of Dwango North America, Corp., a leading mobile game and media content
provider. Prior to Dwango, Mr. Hennessey co-founded Over-The-Air
Wireless producer in the North American ringtone and media marketplace.
OTA was the first company in the U.S. to launch pre-paid wireless
entertainment cards and the first in the U.S. to successfully deliver
ringtones on a CDMA network. He was also responsible for establishing
OTA’s successful relationships with seven of the North American wireless
carriers before being acquired by Dwango. Prior to OTA, Mr. Hennessey
was Chief Executive Officer of Eversio Technologies, a mobile enterprise
solutions provider. While there, he was instrumental in developing the
Company’s vision and the development and execution of strategic and
tactical plans. Mr. Hennessey has served as Chairman of Eversio
Technologies from 1996 to present.
