Rick G. Barsky

RICK G. BARSKY is Chief Executive Officer of Agennix Incorporated. Mr.
Barsky joined Agennix as CEO in August of 2000. Before joining Agennix,
he worked at Enron Corp., where he co-founded two successful companies ‘
Amoco/Enron Solar, which he served as co-Chairman and co-CEO, and Enron
Renewable Energy Corp., which he served as Vice Chairman. Previously,
Mr. Barsky was a trial lawyer at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston and was
General Counsel of American First Run Studios in Los Angeles. He holds a
BA in Economics from UCSD, a law degree from Hastings College of Law
(UCSF) and an MBA from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania)
where he graduated a Palmer Scholar.
