Rick D. Riley

RICK D. RILEY has been Vice Chairman and CEO of Citizens, Inc., since
October 2000. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of
Citizens Insurance Company of America and its affiliates, a subsidiary,
since February 2004. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors,
President and CEO of Citizens Insurance Company of America and its
affiliates, subsidiary, from February 1999 to January 2004. He was Chief
Administrative Officer and Secretary of Citizens, Inc., from October
1998 to February 1999; Executive Vice President from September 1995 to
1998; Chief Operating Officer from September 1995 to March 1997; Chief
Administrative Officer from 1994 to June 1995, and President thereafter
until September 1995; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer from 1990 to 1991 and 1992 to 1994. Mr. Riley was President of
Computing Technology, Inc., a subsidiary, from 1991 to 1992. He was
Citizens’ Executive Vice President, Data Processing, from 1987 to 1991
and Executive Vice President of Continental Investors Life Insurance
Company from 1989 to 1992.
