Richard J. O'Brien

RICHARD J. O’BRIEN is the Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of FelCor Lodging Trust Inc., since 2001. He is
responsible for the treasury, investor relations, financial
reporting, accounting, tax, insurance, and financial planning and
analysis areas of FelCor. Prior to joining FelCor, Mr. O’Brien
was with GE Capital Real Estate, where he held a number of
leadership positions. As a Managing Director, in various
positions, he was responsible for development of strategic
alliances and new programs, e-commerce investments, and debt
program management. Prior to serving as a Managing Director, he
served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Americas business
unit of GE Capital Real Estate with $8 billion in assets. Prior
to joining GE Capital Real Estate, he was with a corporate
function of GE Capital Corporation where he was involved with
approximately $14 billion of corporate acquisitions in six
different countries. Prior to his tenure with GE Capital
Corporation, he held management positions with J.P. Morgan
Incorporated and KPMG Peat Marwick.
