Richard Gauthier

RICHARD GAUTHIER is the Vice President, Corporate Development of
Phytobiotech Inc. He has more than 16 years of experience in the
pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including the last eight in
corporate/business development. Prior to joining Phytobiotech,
Mr. Gauthier was the Associate Director of Corporate Development
at BioChem Pharma Inc. (now Shire BioChem Inc.). Mr. Gauthier
graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in 1982 and obtained a Master of Business Administration
(MBA) from the same institution in 1986.
