Richard G. Rawson

RICHARD G. RAWSON serves Administaff, Inc., as Executive Vice President
of Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and he has
been a member of the company’s Board of Directors since 1989. During his
12 years with Administaff, Mr. Rawson has played key leadership roles in
helping build both an industry and a company. Prior to joining
Administaff in 1989, Mr. Rawson served as a Senior Financial Officer and
Controller for several companies in the manufacturing and seismic data
processing industries. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration
degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
