Richard M. Haddrill

RICHARD M. (DICK) HADDRILL is the President and Chief Executive Officer
of Video Lottery Technologies, Inc., as well as President of Automated
Wagering International, Inc. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
United Wagering Systems, Inc., both VLT, Inc. subsidiaries. Video
Lottery Technologies, Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing
and engineering of new technology and gaming, electronic lottery
hardware and software, casino equipment and software, and racetrack
systems. He was employed by KnowledgeWare, Inc. prior to joining the
team at Video Lottery Technologies in December of 1994. Dick currently
resides in Bozeman, Montana, with his wife, Kelly and son, Griffin.
