RICHARD CLOUGH is a qualified Chartered Accountant who spent his early
years after qualification in the textile industry. In 1987 he joined
Care UK Plc, then a sheltered housing developer, and turned it into a
specialized care provider. Mr. Clough created and led Care UK’s unique
healthcare strategy until recently as Chief Executive, and he now acts
as Deputy Chairman.
