Rich Lotti

RICH LOTTI is President, CEO and a Director of Converge Medical. He has
over 25 years of management experience in the medical device
industry.Before joining Converge, Rich served in a variety of executive-
level positions. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business
Development with CardioThoracic Systems, Inc., the leading off-pump
cardiovascular surgery company. Prior to that, Rich was General Manager
of Camino NeuroCare in San Diego (currently Integra Life Sciences). He
also worked for Sorin Biomedical (formerly Pfizer-Shiley), first as
Director of Product Development, and then as Director of the
Cardiopulmonary Business. In addition, Rich has spent time in various
Director-level positions with Alcon Surgical, and has held domestic and
international engineering and management positions in several Johnson &
Johnson companies.Rich received a BSME and MBA from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
