Rex Bright

REX BRIGHT is President and Chief Executive Officer of SkinMedica, Inc.
Mr. Bright was President of Allergan Skin Care, which he successfully
built into a leading skin care company. He spent the next several years
as a starup and turnaround executive in the healthcare sector where he
served as President and Chief Executive Officer of several companies
including Arcturus Pharmaceutical Corporation and Epoulon, Inc., two
dermatology companies. Mr. Bright was head of J&J Ortho Dermatologic
Division, which markets Retin-A and Renova. He has been a member of the
American Academy of Dermatology for 15 years.
