Remi St-Hilaire

REMI ST-HILAIRE is the President and CEO of the Montreal-based firm,
MediSolution, which is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also
a member of MediSolution’s Board of Directors. Joining MediSolution as
President in January 1997, Mr. St-Hilaire became CEO in March 1997, and
was appointed to the Board of Directors in September 1997. Prior to
joining MediSolution, Mr. St-Hilaire held a number of management
positions in information technology companies providing expertise to the
health care sector, including positions with GE Medical Systems and
Hewlett-Packard (Canada), and as Vice President, Sales, and Manager of
the Health Division at Data General. Originally from Manitoba, Mr. St-
Hilaire graduated with a degree in Business from the University of
Manitoba in 1965. Mr. St-Hilaire is actively involved in the Canadian
Institute for Health Information’s partnership
for health information and telecommunications. He is also a member of
the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal.
