Reinhard Wagner

REINHARD WAGNER is Chairman of the Management Boards of BHW Holding AG
and BHW Bausparkasse AG. Mr Wagner graduated in 1971 with a degree in
business economics. He started his career as Head of Advertising and
Sales Promotion at Peiner AG, in Peine. He then moved to the ARAG
Insurance Group in Hanover, working as a District Director. In 1978, he
was head of Marketing and Sales at Alte Leipziger Bausparkasse and in
1984, joined the BHW Group in Hamelin as a member of the Management
Board and subsequently became Chairman of the Management Board of BHW
Allgemeine Bausparkasse AG. Mr Wagner is married with two children.
