Raymond L. Gellein

RAYMOND L. GELLEIN is the Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of
Vistana, Inc., and has been since 1991. He is also one of the original
founders of Vistana. Before joining Vistana in 1980, Mr. Gellein was a
Vice-President and Division Manager in Real Estate for the Continental
Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. Mr. Gellein holds
an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Marketing from Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts
majoring in Psychology from Dension University. Mr. Gellein is Chairman
of the Florida Chapter of the American Resort Development Association
(ARDA) which has been very successful in working with regulators and
legislators on behalf of the vacation ownership industry and the
consumer. Mr. Gellein is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior
Achievement, WMFE-TV/FM (public television), and the Roy E. Crummer
Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
