Raymond J. Seabrook

RAYMOND J. SEABROOK has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Ball Corporation since April 2000. Previously, he was Senior
Vice President, Finance; Vice President, Planning and Control; Vice
President and Treasurer and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Ball Packaging Products Canada, Inc. Before joining Ball,
Mr. Seabrook was Vice President, Financial Control for Onex Packaging
and American Can Canada. From 1976 to 1985, he was with Coopers and
Lybrand in Toronto, Canada, and London, England. Mr. Seabrook has a
Bachelor’s degree in Business from McMaster University, Hamilton,
Ontario, and a Certificate in Architecture from Humber College, Toronto,
Ontario. Mr. Seabrook holds Canadian CA designation.
