Randy Lintecum

RANDY LINTECUM is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Realty Plus
Online, Inc. He is responsible for the overall performance, strategic
leadership, and operational growth of Realty Plus Online. Before joining
Realty Plus Online, Mr. Lintecum was president and CEO of Output
Technology Solutions (OTS), the largest provider of statement processing
solutions in the US, with more than $450 million in revenue. In this
role, Mr. Lintecum led OTS through the strong growth of its processing
centers and financial operations and the successful acquisition of major
new customers across a wide spectrum of industries. OTS processes more
than 150 million bills and statements each month for hundreds of
corporations nationwide. Mr. Lintecum was also instrumental developing
and implementing OTS’s Internet strategy with the launch of its e-
commerce division, YourAccounts.Com. This accomplishment resulted in a
successful partnership with the US Postal Service and CheckFree to
provide online billing to consumers nationwide.Prior to his CEO post at
OTS, Mr. Lintecum served as President of International Billing Services
(IBS). Before joining IBS, Mr. Lintecum served as Senior Vice President
for New Business and Corporate Development for USCS International, a
$400 million public company acquired by DST Systems in 1998. Mr.
Lintecum also spent eight years with Computer Sciences
Corporation/Infonet Services Corporation in various Vice President roles
focusing on marketing and corporate development. Prior to Infonet, Mr.
Lintecum served as President of the Silent Watchman Corporation, a
security systems and services company. Earlier in his career, Mr.
Lintecum spent 15 years with US Sprint in various management roles,
culminating in the position of Vice President of Marketing Operations.
