Randy Kercho

RANDY KERCHO has served as the company’s CFO since 1993. In 1992, Mr.
Kercho joined the company as Vice President-Finance. Prior to joining
the company he served as a Vice President of x Corp., a publicly traded
consumer products company for five years. From 1978 until 1987, he was
employed by Ernst & Young in various capacities including Senior Audit
Manager.
