Randall Yatscoff

RANDALL YATSCOFF is President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of
Isotechnika, Inc. He has been a Director and officer of the company
since 1996. He received his PhD in Biochemistry from McMaster University
in 1980 and his fellowship in Clinical Biochemistry in 1984. He has over
17 years’ experience as a Director of hospital-based diagnostic
laboratories at a number of institutions across the country. Dr.
Yatscoff also served as Professor and as Director of Medical
Biochemistry at the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at
the University of Alberta and the University of Alberta Hospitals. He
was also a Professor in the Department of Surgery, Divisions of
Cardiothoracic Surgery and Experimental Surgery at the same institution.
Dr. Yatscoff, in his role of chief operating officer, is responsible for
the day to day operations of the company. In addition, along with other
senior executive team members has raised over $100 million through
various equity financings in North America and abroad. Dr. Yatscoff he
has been a consultant for numerous pharmaceutical companies and has
facilitated the commercialization of many products. Dr. Yatscoff’s
expertise has resulted in several issued patents. Additionally, he has
received numerous awards from national and international organizations
for his research. Most recently, in 2002 he received the Outstanding
Contribution to Clinical Chemistry Award from the Canadian Society of
Clinical Chemistry. Dr. Yatscoff brings a great body of experience
obtained through his education, grants, papers, articles, abstracts,
lectures and diagnostic industry and pharmaceutical experience to the
company.
