Randall R. Lay

RANDALL R. LAY is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of International Specialty Products, Inc. (ISP). He is responsible for all financial matters concerning the company, including Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Investor Relations. Mr. Lay joined ISP in 1993 as Controller, Specialty Derivatives, and in 1995 was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. As such he led ISPs financial operations during a period of rapid change and substantial growth. He has more than 20 years experience in Corporate Finance. Before joining ISP, he was Director, Financial Planning, North American Operations, Otis Elevator Company. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston University with a BA in Political Science and an MBA with honors in Finance.
