Randall L. Herrel

RANDALL L. HERREL Sr. has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Ashworth, Inc., since April 2001 and has been a Director, President
and the Chief Executive Officer of Ashworth, Inc., since December 1996.
He also serves on the Advisory Boards of AGM and the Southern California
PGA Foundation. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Herrel served as President and
Chief Operating Officer of Quiksilver, Inc., a young men’s and women’s
apparel company in Huntington Beach, California. Mr. Herrel joined
Quiksilver in 1989 and also served at various times as Chief Financial
Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Secretary.
