Randal G. Waltman

RANDAL G. WALTMAN is the Vice President of Operations for Baldor
Electric Company. He has been with Baldor since 1984, and during that
time he has held several positions including Manager of Industrial
Engineering and Plant Manager prior to being named Vice President in
1997. Mr. Waltman is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a
BS degree in Industrial Technology. Prior to joining Baldor, he had 12
years of experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering.
