Ralph W. Koehrer

RALPH W. KOEHRER serves as Anacomp, Inc.’s President and Chief Executive
Officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations of all of Anacomp’s
business units. He joined Anacomp in January 1997 after distinguished
tenures at several leading U.S. and European companies. Most recently,
Mr. Koehrer served as corporate officer and as president of Automatic
Data Processing, Inc.’s Information & Processing Services Division, the
market leader in providing front , ‘and back-office services to major
Wall Street brokerage firms. At ADP, Mr. Koehrer led the company’s
effort to introduce new technology solutions into its brokerage
processing service bureaus, transforming the focus of its financial
information services business from proprietary hardware systems to
software. Prior to ADP, Mr. Koehrer served as board member and chief
administrative officer at Credit Suisse First Boston Limited, London,
then a leading manager of Euro-Bond issues. In that role and in previous
positions, Mr. Koehrer established a management services function
(including back-office processing, operations, information technology,
and facilities) and led the development of key business and technology
strategies. Mr. Koehrer spent the first 13 years of his career at
Philips Industries, mainly in operational research, organization and
methods, and data processing. His last position with Philips was a
deputy director of Information Systems and Automation for all
manufacturing locations and the United Kingdom. Educated in England, Mr.
Koehrer is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and has been a
visiting lecturer at London Business School and Imede Switzerland.
