Ralph M. Branca

RALPH M. BRANCA is President and CEO of both Victory State Bank and its holding company, VSB Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Branca is a founding director and incorporator of Victory State Bank, which formed on Staten Island in November 1997. Victory State Bank is Staten Island’s only local commercial bank that serves the business and professional communities on Staten Island. Mr. Branca has helped Victory State Bank grow from a one-branch operation with no deposits to a $225 million bank with five branches, all located in Staten Island. Previously, Mr. Branca was Vice President of Finance at River Bank America, which he helped liquidate. He was also the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Hamilton Federal Savings, for which he was instrumental in taking public in 1993.
