RAL BLANGER, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Hroux-Devtek Inc., holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
from l’cole des Hautes tudes Commerciales (University of Montral) and
is a Chartered Accountant. He joined Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1976 and
was an Audit Manager in the Large Corporation Division until 1981 when
he left the firm. He, with an associate, then started his own business
with a manufacturer and distributor of medical products sold in North
America, Europe and North Africa. He sold the company in 1989 and was a
business consultant for the ensuing four years. He also taught advanced
accounting at Universit du Qubec in Montral. Mr. Blanger joined HDI
in 1993 as a consultant and was appointed Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer in 1994.
