R. Scott Turicchi

R. SCOTT TURICCHI has been Chief Financial Officer of j2 Global
Communications, Inc., since May 2003. Prior to that, he served as
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development from March 2000 to May
2003. He served as a Director of j2 Global from 1998 through 2000. From
1990 to 2000, Mr. Turicchi was a Managing Director in Donaldson, Lufkin
& Jenrette Securities Corporation’s investment banking department. At
DLJ, he was responsible for corporate finance activities, including
public equity offerings, high grade and high yield debt offerings,
private equity placements and mergers and acquisitions advisory
services.
