R. Dale McKinney

R. DALE MCKINNEY has been the Chief Financial Officer of Capital
Corp of the West since 1999. Prior to CCOW he was Senior Vice
President, Finance with MBNA Corporation from 1993 to 1998. Prior
to MBNA, from 1992 to 1993, Mr. McKinney was a Senior Vice
President and served as a member of the Senior Management
Committee of Bank of Oklahoma. He is a CPA/MBA with an
undergraduate major in both Mathematics and Economics.
