Puneet Sanan

PUNEET SANAN is a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of
Fano Securities LLC and focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private
placements. Mr. Sanan is actively involved in the energy industry and
specializes in alternative energy technologies such as fuel cells,
flywheel systems, battery-free power products, power quality products,
renewable energy and other distributed power generation. Mr. Sanan has
oversight of Fano’s global investment-banking client relationships.
Prior to joining Fano, Mr. Sanan was an Associate Director at UBS
Warburg’s Leveraged Finance/Financial Sponsors group where he
specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and private
equity investments. Mr. Sanan has been associated with the energy
industry for the last 10 years, and has worked with various oil and gas
companies, utilities and power technology companies in North America,
Europe and Asia in consulting/advisory and investment banking
capacities. Mr. Sanan holds a Bachelor of Engineering Chemical
Engineering from Panjab University, India, and an MBA in Finance from
the University of Texas at Austin.
