Pritpal S. Virdee

PRITPAL S. VIRDEE is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Infu-
Tech, Inc. He has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry
at progressive levels of responsibility in sales and operations
positions, domestically and internationally. Mr. Virdee has been with
Infu-Tech, Inc., since 1992, serving as the Executive Vice President of
Infu-Tech, Inc., and President of Intrx Medical, a subsidiary of Infu-
Tech, Inc., prior to his appointment as President and Chief Operating
Officer. From 1990-1993, Mr. Virdee was employed as President of
Fresenius Pharma U.S.A., a subsidiary of Fresenius A.G., a multi-billion
dollar medical products company. Prior thereto he was with Fresenius
U.K. for five years as General Manager of the Pharma Division. Prior to
that, Mr. Virdee worked for G.D. Searle, a leading U.S. pharmaceutical
company in various capacities in the U.K. Mr. Virdee graduated with a BS
in Chemical Engineering from South Bank University, London, U.K. and has
completed various finance and marketing courses in Europe and the U.S.
He is married and has a son.
