PIPPA WICKS is Chief Executive of FT Knowledge, the division of Pearson
Plc dedicated to corporate learning and specialist financial training.
One of the world’s leading business education companies, FT Knowledge
partners with leading companies to deliver learning that equips people
to implement company strategy, solve business problems, and perform
better. Prior to joining FT Knowledge, Ms. Wicks spent seven years with
Courtaulds Textiles Plc, Europe’s largest textile and clothing company
with operations in continental Europe, the Far East and the US, in a
variety of senior management and Board positions, including that of
Group Finance Director. A graduate of Oxford University, she is a member
of the CBI Education and Training Affairs Committee, a trustee of BBC
Children in Need and the Helena Kennedy Bursary Scheme, member of the
London Design Museum Development Committee, and one of the people
identified by the World Economic Forum as a Global Leader of Tomorrow.
