Pierre Coulombe

PIERRE COULOMBE is President and CEO of Infectio Diagnostic, Inc. He
obtained his BA in 1968. He then obtained his BscA in Physic Engineering
from Universit Laval in 1972 and his PhD in Experimental Medicine in
1976. Mr. Coulombe was awarded a post-doctoral scholarship form the
Fonds de la recherche en sant du Qubec to study at Yeshiva University
Medical Center, New York, and at the University of Minnesota Department
of Medicine, Minneapolis, Minnesota. He returned to Universit Laval in
1977 as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine. Before ending
his university research career in 1981, Mr. Coulombe had published
and/or presented almost 100 scientific articles and communications. He
is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institut National de
Recherche Scientifique (INRS). Mr. Coulombe is also a member of the
Project Evaluation Committee (CEP)/Qubec Technological Development
Fund, the Ordre des Ingnieurs du Qubec, the Ordre des Administrateurs
Agrs du Qubec, associate member of the Association for Investment,
Management and Research (AIMR) and member of the Canadian Biotechnology
Advisory Committee.
