Philippe Lhomme

PHILIPPE LHOMME has been Chief Executive Officer of Definance, the
Brussels Stock Exchange quoted vehicle of the Defi Group, since 1996.
Prior to that, he was appointed at the Board of the mother company Defi
SA and of several other affiliated companies. Mr Lhomme holds a Master
in Law from the University in Liege and a Master in Sociology from the
Catholic University of Louvain.
