Philip M. Byrne, CFA, is the Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at GeoVest Advisors, Inc. Mr. Byrne was a Securities Analyst at QCI Asset Management prior to joining GeoVest, and he specialized in financial services, health care and economic analysis. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Byrne was an Account Manager/Securities Trader at Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., for a $1 billion account base, and he was later a member of the research staff. Mr. Byrne is a member of the CFA Society of Rochester. He earned a B.S. in marketing and management science from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA in finance, public accounting and corporate accounting from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester.
