Peter Tallian

Peter Tallian is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
TranSwitch. Prior to joining TranSwitch he held the position of
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Metavante
Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of M&I Corporation, and an
outsourcing, business e-commerce, professional services and software
provider to banks and financial institutions worldwide since 1995.
Previously, Mr. Tallian held various positions in finance with IBM
Corporation from 1982 to 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a
Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
