Peter M. Voss

PETER M. VOSS has been Vice President, Finance (Hi-Tech
Manufacturer and R&D facility) of DALSA Corporation since October
2000. Mr. Voss is the most senior financial employee with the
corporation, working closely with and reporting to the CEO. He
oversees activities of the Corporate Controller and Business
Analyst directly, and business unit Controllers indirectly. This
function includes monitoring results and providing guidance to
the business units as needed at local and international locations
(US, Germany, Japan, Netherlands). He is responsible for all
corporate insurance related issues and annual renewals. He is the
key contact for external financial institutions, investors and
analysts as well as giving presentations to same. he is a senior
member of the Investor Relations Committee and is a senior member
of the Mergers and Acquisition Committee, providing financial
analysis and recommendations on acquisitions. From September 2000
to October 2000, he was Director of Finance at DALSA. From May
1999 to September 2000 he was Corporate Controller, DALSA. Prior
to joining DALSA he worked as Controller at Shred-Tech, Corporate
Controller at Kenhar Corporation and Senior Auditor at Price
Waterhouse. From September 1989 to June 1990 he was a high school
teacher at Metropolitan Preparatory Academy. Mr. Voss has a
diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Economics from McMaster University, and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from McMaster University.
Mr. Voss is a Chartered Accountant.
