Peter G. Humphrey

PETER G. HUMPHREY is currently President and CEO of Financial
Institutions, Inc., a four-bank holding company headquartered in Warsaw,
New York. He is also Chairman and Director of Wyoming County Bank,
Director and Chairman of First Tier Bank & Trust, and a Director of the
National Bank of Geneva and The Pavilion State Bank. He also serves on
the New York State Board of Historic Preservation and serves as Chairman
of the Genesee Region Commission of New York State Office of Parks,
Recreation, and Historic Preservation. Mr. Humphrey was recently elected
Vice Chairman of the New York Bankers Association. He received his
Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and his graduate degree from the
Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.
