Peter D. Cleary

PETER D. CLEARY was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of
PDS Gaming Corporation in 1999. He has been a member of the company’s
Board of Directors since January 1996. Mr. Cleary joined PDS in 1995 and
has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
the company. From 1980-1995, Mr. Cleary served in various positions with
Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Mr. Cleary is a Certified Public Accountant.
