Peter A. Leidel

PETER A. LEIDEL is a co-founder and partner of Yorktown Partners LLC and
Ticonderoga Capital, both private equity funds that were spun-out from
Dillon Read & Co., Inc., in September 1997. Previously he was a partner
of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc.’s venture capital fund and has invested in a
variety of later stage service sector companies with a particular focus
on energy investments over the past fourteen years. He was previously
in corporate treasury positions at Mobil Corporation and worked for KPMG
Peat Marwick and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Leidel is a
director of Cornell Corrections, (ASE-CRN), Willbros Group (NYSE-WG),
Fintube, Meenan Oil Co., Roemer-Swanson Energy, Radio Movil Digital and
Metal Supermarkets. He received his B.B.A. with Honors from the
University of Wisconsin and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is
married with three children and lives in Pound Ridge, New York.
