Peggy Czyzak-Dannenbaum

PEGGY CZYZAK-DANNENBAUM joined the board of Veos Jersey in October 1998
and the board of the Company in November 1999. She graduated from the
London Business School with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration
in 1976. Since then, she has been either a consultant or director to
four private UK companies. Over this period, she has gained considerable
experience of overseeing the development of start-up, fast growing and
acquisitive businesses. In addition, Ms Czyzak-Dannenbaum has been Vice-
Chairman of the Wellhouse NHS Trust Hospitals in London, UK and is a
Non-Executive Director of Thorntons Plc. She is Co-Chair of the London
Business School UK Regional Advisory Board and a founder member of the
Business Leadership Council (BLC) of Wellesley College from where she
graduated in 1969.
