Paul Reeder

PAUL REEDER has been Director of the real estate group at SNL Financial
LC since June 1998. From 1982 to 1990 he worked as a consultant for real
estate advisory firms based in London. From 1990 to 1992 he opened and
led the first US office for one of these firms in Boston, MA. Returning
to London, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand, advising on corporate
restructuring and liquidations. He returned to the United States with
his family in 1994. Mr. Reeder is a graduate of Cambridge University,
England (1982) and holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University
of Virginia (1998). He is an associate member of the National
Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
