Paul Mikus

PAUL MIKUS is Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and President of
ENDOcare, Inc. Mr. Mikus was named President in June 1995, when the
company was a division of Medstone. Prior to becoming President of
ENDOcare, Mr. Mikus had managed worldwide sales and marketing for
Prosurg, Inc. His career in medical technology manufacturing and
distribution actually began when he was hired by Medstone as Manager of
Engineering. It was during his first stint at Medstone that he was
responsible for co-founding ENDOcare, the operation that he would
ultimately spin off to be the developer of groundbreaking and
potentially life-saving technology the company is today.
