Paul L. Devine

PAUL L. DEVINE was appointed Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of EPL Technologies , Inc., in March 1992. From 1989 to 1992,
Mr. Devine was involved as a business consultant in the identification
and targeting of acquisitions for various public companies. During this
time, he also served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of
various companies, including three United Kingdom subsidiaries of Abbey
Home Healthcare, Inc., a US public healthcare group. Mr. Devine is a
graduate of London University and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
in Curriculum Research. Throughout his business career, he has been
intimately involved in the design and implementation of new product
strategies, both in financial services and health/hygiene services
